This homepage is dedicated to my dad, Freddy. He was an alcoholic most of his adult life. His struggle with alcoholism was a constant battle. That battle ended tragically five years ago. He never got to see his little girl get married, nor walk her down the aisle. He'll never get to meet his grandchildren, see them take their first steps or hear them utter their first words. It has taken a long time for me to come to terms with his life as an alcoholic and also his death. Now I finally understand how powerful this disease is and how it consumed his whole life. I know he is watching out for me from up above, and is with me more now that he is gone, than when he was alive. If just one alcoholic reads this homepage and is prompted to seek help whether it be on the internet, a family member, or AA than my experience with alcoholism and my dad's struggle with alcohol will not be in vain. Please, seek out help for yourself and for those around you that love you!!!
